Latitude 28 02 - Rockport

Terrific upscale service and food. By far the nicest in Rockport but comparable to any upscale restaurant in any city. Chef food is well designed and creative and beautifully served. Creative drinks. Beautiful elegant environment. Food no more expensive than most full bar restaurants in Corpus, Porta A, or Rockport.

Took my Mom here for the first time. Very nice atmosphere and great artwork throughout. Excellent service and delicious food. Order the Creme' Brulee for desert outstanding.

Latitude had such a nice atmosphere amongst local art. Very tasteful decor Service was spectacular as well. As far as appetizers a must is crab cakes, absolutely delicious, wine selection was wonderful and lastly creme brulee was just a nice way to finish off the evening. Definitely be back.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic! The Martinis were incredibly tasty, and Josh really knows how to craft them. I absolutely love this place! They surpassed my taste expectations. The Shrimp Gilroy was sublime! I also had a side of tomato basil soup, and I was tempted to lick the bowl—it was that delicious. For dessert, I enjoyed the chocolate mousse, which was equally delightful. What a wonderful way to end 2021!

As for the appetizers I ordered, I felt that the bread should have been served with a bread knife. Additionally, it would have been great if the crab chulupas were served with a zesty sauce instead of just a squeeze of lime. On a positive note, the poblano soup was excellent—hot and flavorful—and I particularly enjoyed my white Sangria cocktail. Overall, my wife and I had a pleasant experience. Even with the limited Monday menu, I am definitely looking forward to returning to try the complete offerings.
