Long wait time, it's difficult to get an employee to acknowledge that you're even there standing in the front of the counter, the employees are for the most part not smiling. They have improved compared to some time back but still need much improvement movement. Again this is a reflection upon management and the company itself. The employees are nice and friendly for the most part but again they're not the happiest so, I wouldn't blame them. The employees are working very very hard. They need to be praised, paid accordingly, for their efforts. Business is booming everywhere in Portland. If restaurants are understaffed, that's a reflection upon management not the employees. Get enough people in there, pay them well, to counter the influx of new people in the city. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Visited on Friday 9-22-23 1pm approximately. No chicken. No ice. They said fountain drinks are cold, they were not. Chicken sandwich was room temp at best. Dead roaches in men's bathroom. Some kind of nasty smelling brown,crusty substance on the floor flowing from bathroom to the kitchen. Manager falling short at this location. I ordered doordash from Popeyes and it took more then one hour to come. I'm very unsatisfied, I've tried calling the store but no answer. Will I even get my food, I don't know.
