Domino's Pizza - Rockville

There are no less than three other Dominos closer to us, but this is the only one that consistently get our jobs perfect. No return journeys; no drama; only pure luck if only a big pizza could make you happy.

One night when we were in Saints Row and the pizza was pretty good. The Hawaiian pizza has red pepper on it. I thought it was good, but my kids were shocked, we wanted to make them eat a veggie on pizza. Will definitely order them again when we go to Saints Row.

This store makes good pizza and has excellent customer service. The website does not work as well as possible; we get gluten-free and I couldn't find out how to use my free pizza for it. One of the workers in this store can help. I have to wait for him to come!

This isn't my first experience with receiving cold pizza and wings from this restaurant. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering delivery. It takes an hour, and when the pizza finally arrives, it's cold. I live close to the location, so the delivery shouldn't take more than 10 minutes once the pizza is in the car. I really don’t understand how the quality of the pizza and the service can be so poor, especially for such a well-known brand. After receiving a cold pizza a few months ago, I decided to give them another chance because the manager was nice and offered me a credit for my order. However, after experiencing the same issue again tonight, I've had enough. I’m not sure how long my pizza and wings were left at room temperature. The manager apologized once more, but I got the same excuses as before. I’m done ordering from this place and would suggest looking for another brand if you're hoping for hot pizza delivered to your door.

I have been a long time customer of Papa Johns but their quality dropped in the recent year. I ordered pizza from this Domino's shop first time and it was amazing! It was noticeable different better than papa john's pizza.
