So you know, place your order at the end of the store, THEN go to the register to place the order. I saw someone waiting for an order never worked on. I enjoyed the store. It was a small business with a local diner feeling. It can be quickly overfilled. I loved the Lox with the Jalapeño Bagel. It was GOOD. You also have a small outdoor dining area where I decided to sit was nice. Can't wait to try new sandwiches!

Local place with delicious chewing bagels in a range of flavors. The black Russian and Pumpernickel Bagels are something special!

Beautiful bakery in North Bethesda. The steak, egg and cheese on an onion bag was phenomenal!!! It was very busy on a Saturday morning, but her order system was wonderful!! Each staff takes your order and disappears back into the Prep line; They push down and pay the participant; and sit down. The employee remembers who you were and supplies it to your table. It was super fast, even though busy! A block walk from my friends apartment and we will be safe again for the weekends!!!

Very friendly, family-oriented place. Remembered the show CHEERS. Everyone knows your name. Only the Bagels tried so far, but they were very good and fresh. Will definitely be back to try more menu items. Try em, I think you'll like her!

I visit once per year and have since 2014 or so. In the past, I was never able to get extra cream cheese on a bagel no matter how I asked or phrased it. My 2022 annual cream cheese audit has produced new results. It appears that I had a string of inattentive employees perhaps. I placed my order on March 27, and advised that my request for double was serious none of this putting it on and scraping it back off. The owner recognized me as the guy who wrote this review and we discussed my cream cheese needs and my order was prepared with actual, genuine extra cream cheese. See the pic. It was perfection. I will likely make my visits more than once per year going forward. I will be vigilant and peer over the counter as the order is prepared, but I consider this the beginning of a new era. I unreservedly upgrade my review to 5 stars.
