Pho Hoa Binh - Rockville

This restaurant was quite impressive. They maintain a high level of cleanliness, enhancing the overall dining experience. The food presentation is also appealing. When you're craving something specific, their dishes truly satisfy that desire. I had been looking for Banh Xeo for a long time, and this is the only place where I could find it—absolutely fantastic!

I ordered the standard pho, and the food arrived quickly and piping hot. The broth was nice, although it lacked a bit of depth. The balance between the noodles and protein was spot on. The garnishes included basil leaves, mung bean sprouts, jalapeño slices, and about two lime wedges. The bowl retained heat well, keeping my meal warm from start to finish. I did miss having cilantro in my bowl, but they do serve it. I would return for another visit, but it didn't quite make my favorites list.

Absolutely amazing! The food is authentic and delicious, making for a wonderful experience. I love trying different dishes from the menu, and I often let the owner choose something for me. Exploring and embracing another culture truly begins with great food. I highly recommend this restaurant as a wonderful introduction to Vietnam, its culture, and its wonderful people. Just relax and enjoy!

Had grilled pork with rice, summer rolls, shrimps vermicelli noodles and Vietnamese coffee. The staff was kind to bring a small plastic bowl to offer my dog water in the outdoor area. Come back.

I love this place so much! I’ve been going here for 8 years and I absolutely love their pho. The service is always fast and high quality. The staff is extremely nice and their desserts are to die for (the smoothies and the bean pudding especially).
