I ordered a subway cold cut combo online with the app. I ordered earlier from this franchise and never had a problem. but when I went home, I discovered my combo was actually an eight dollar bologna sandwich. no ham, no salami that is listed as ingredients on the app and online menu. I thought they made a mistake and called the load to make them a new sandwich. the first woman I spoke to on the phone did not speak English. She handed me over to the manager who, after I explained what happened, told me that sandwich didn't come with ham and salami? I called her, told her it was wrong, and before she hanged on me, she told me to stop, ****! very professional. I have contacted Subway company, posted on facebook, and tweeted during the tagging subway. Nobody ever contacted me. a real scandal, because I usually buy sandwiches about once a week in autumn and winter. I won't buy another subway sandwich again until someone comes out, and even then I doubt it. they don't treat people like that.

A real shame, because I usually buy sandwiches about once a week during fall and winter. I won 't buy another Subway sandwich again until someone reaches out, and even then I doubt it. You don 't treat people that way.
I 'm surprised that this location has received so many bad reviews. I haven 't been here in over a year. The restaurant has been renovated and it looks so much brighter, cleaner, and more welcoming. Location: The restaurant is located in College Plaza and faces 355. Conveniences: There is one curbside spot out front. You tap I 'm here in the app or order confirmation email and they bring your order out to you. You can also place your order online or through the app and pick up inside. Staff: Only one female employee was working the register and filling the orders. She was friendly and pleasant. She only gave me two napkins. I wanted to ask for more midway eating my lunch, but she stepped away. Food: I got a 6 sub meal which included a drink and either chips or two cookies for $5.99 with a coupon that I got in the mail. I got the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. The filling for my sub was adequate and not skimpy. I was trying to get some veggies in and would have added cucumbers to my sub, but it didn 't look fresh so I passed. I did get onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and spinach. I also got provolone cheese, mayo, and sweet onion sauce. This sub is my favorite at Subway and I left happy and with a full belly.
