Dunkin' - Rockville Centre

I went to get something for my Radiation Team at South Nassau Hospital for taking good care of me. The people working their are so nice and the place was very clean. No lines and very fresh coffee and doughnuts.

The coffee (latte) had a burnt flavor, and the bagel was quite small.

This location consistently gets orders wrong! Items are often missing, and there are frequent mix-ups. What's the point of placing mobile orders if you have to wait in line to sort out missing items? The coffee can be excessively watery at times, and sometimes the donuts taste stale. There are many young workers on staff, which could be a contributing factor. Anyway, there are other nearby Dunkin' Donuts locations worth visiting.

The service was very slow, and I didn't receive any attention from the staff. They need to improve in this area. My visit was on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 12:01 PM.

This is the best close-by coffee to the hospital. Breakfast options that aren 't donuts are not great, but coffee is good. Service was friendly and the line moved quick.
