Firehouse Subs Rockwall Plaza

I came in today and the service was garbage. The kids running the square were more concerned about the football match on TV. Telemundo beautiful and loud on the TV. And you would have thought that they were in the game with the screaming that was going on when Mexico scored.

This morning, after witnessing another customer being charged extra, I decided to pay closer attention to my own bill. I noticed a $6.00 fee for the red medallions that I hadn't been informed about when I placed my order. When I approached the counter to inquire about it, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff. The teenagers working there were disrespectful, and when I pressed for an explanation regarding the charge to my card, one of them claimed it was due to a 91-cent sales tax. That’s not how it works; I’d much rather pay tax than an unexpected $6 fee. I ended up calling Corporate and filed a complaint with them as well.

The steak and the chess lower part ordered. Much too easy for the picture seen in the menu. From an angle one could hardly say that the bread was divided from something in between. I just tasted like a gloom. I think I have to do my own subs, I can do this better and cheaper.

Back the hot sauce please!!!! Not those sad packages. Will update the evaluation with the return of the sauce.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; the cashier seemed distracted when I approached the counter to place my order. The drink machine was out of ice, and when I asked for some, I received a sarcastic response without any solution. As a result, I decided to get a refund for my combo and only ordered the sandwich. The customer service was rude, and the lobby was a complete mess. It's frustrating because I really enjoy the food. To add to my dissatisfaction, they also forgot to include pickles with my order. I won't be returning to this location.
