Lubys - Rockwall

I haven't been to Luby's in years.. But I really wanted some liver and onions and this is the only place I know of now to get them. The food itself was pretty good for being a cafeteria type place. What really impressed me the most was the staff. They were so friendly and gave off the impression they actually enjoyed their job. These days that is hard to find.

I had an outstanding dining experience. Everything we chose was exquisite—full of flavor, fresh, and served hot. One server in particular, A.J., truly stood out. He was attentive and made sure that each guest received an excellent portion of their selection. I noticed him decline a couple of options and recommend something better for the customers instead. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. In an age when it can be tough to find young people who are committed to their jobs, it was refreshing to see someone like him who takes customer service seriously. I believe he has a bright future ahead. I will certainly be returning to this restaurant. Overall, a very positive experience.

I'll be honest—I haven't visited a Luby's since my great-grandparents took me years ago, and I didn't realize what I had been missing! I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty food and friendly service. My wife and I are definitely planning to make this a family tradition again. The food was fresh and delicious, and the buttermilk pie was outstanding. Thank you, Luby's, for feeding my family for generations!

The food is consistently excellent. I visit this restaurant specifically for the liver and onions, which I love. The vegetable portions are also quite generous.
