Feedback gevenI stopped by for lunch but was met with a lack of warmth from the two young men working there. There was no greeting or friendly acknowledgment when I entered. I was bluntly told that if I didn't place an online order, I would have to wait, which I found surprising since there was no one else waiting. The expressions on their faces and their overall frustration made me uncomfortable. I couldn't help but smile and leave. I'm not sure if their attitude was due to my race or if it was something else entirely, but I have no intention of returning.
In the past few weeks, we've been relying on Subway for dinner due to our hectic schedules. To minimize time spent in public places, we’ve been ordering online ahead of time. However, each time we’ve ordered a salad, it has been incorrect. I have consistently paid for extra bacon and extra cheese but have not received either of them on my salad—this has happened three times now. Additionally, they used the wrong bread on a sandwich, which my child found inedible because the seasoning was overwhelmingly strong. Going forward, I'll be choosing to order from a different restaurant.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and found ice in it, which was really unexpected. When I called to address the issue, the manager simply acknowledged it but didn't offer any solution or offer to make it right. I won’t be returning and will definitely let my family and friends know about the poor customer service.
Went just before close. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food still fresh. Tables clean. Sandwich delicious. Great experience.
