Feedback gevenMy family went to our first one on Saturday night since Kovid 3 years ago and will never return! early in the week a booking made to make sure that we get a table and receive notifications that there are 2 seats (5 and 7)...and they had only 15 minutes or else the table went to someone else, and they had only 2 hours to dinner. we came there early and let them know that we were there at 6:45 a.m. and again at 7 a.m. to say that the table was still used and come back in 15 minutes, then back to find that it was not yet vascular/readable; when we finally arrived at 6:30 a.m., there was a sign next to the register to say there was a 90 minute waiting for eating! I then found out that it doesn't matter if they take a table in the inner, outside or with, as all the meal times are made as ordering. I asked to speak to the manager (who never came) we decided to order because it would take a while when we were going to another place. eating was very common, and a meal was cold and another one was wrong. we also had difficulty serving ourselves in cash for drinks and was later told by a local businessman that the bar serves the local.
We had a great night in the hotel. huge open deck to see the sunset. full family as well as couples. we had the burgers and they didn't disappoint.
I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening with my family and it was packed, so I assumed it must be good. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I should have checked the reviews beforehand. The location was convenient, but the food and service were both terrible. We ordered using a QR code at our table and received a message five minutes later saying our meal was ready, but it had not even been started. After waiting 40 minutes, our meals were finally ready and we had to pick them up from the counter. I requested some bread, but was told they could only bring it out with the food. I ordered the seafood platter for $65, but the calamari and fish were overcooked and inedible, with only four limp prawns. They even forgot the crab, and when I returned to get it, it was frozen. The pizza was passable, but the only highlight was the side of vegetables. Overall, the service was lacking - the only thing they did for us was greet us, take our order and payment online, and hand us our food at the counter. It seemed like they had no interest in repeat customers, especially since most diners were tourists. I felt like I was ripped off. I eat out often, so it doesn't bother me too much, but I can imagine a family saving up for a special occasion and being deeply disappointed by this place. It's clear that this restaurant doesn't even try, as there is no competition.
Only two of the staff members at this restaurant seem to be actually working, while the rest are slacking off. The place appears to be poorly managed, especially considering it is mostly self-service. Don't expect much beyond a table to sit at. The food must be ordered at the counter, picked up at the counter, and water is self-service. I had higher expectations from this establishment, given its prime location on a beautiful island.
Terrible food, prawn bucket plate of prawns, cold chips, steak ordered medium rare came out well done, asked to have a new steak cooked, came out rare. All meals were lukewarm. Ice cream for desert was melted. Very poor quality food would not recommend.
