Fisherman's Landing Restaurant

Dropped in for some lunch and had a great meal. Food was a good and fully understood gluten free with a separate menu. Recommended.

Nila was so accommodating, kind and very knowledgeable when I told her about my food intolerances. As I have to travel with my food, she let me bring it with me to the restaurant so I could eat with my family. She also made me a Garden salad with poached Cod, and really good olive oil! While this restaurant may not be upscale, the food was quite tasty. I opted for the cod au gratin, while my husband enjoyed the fish and chips. The servers were polite and affable.

My husband and I have been vacationing on the Northern Peninsula during July for many years. We were so happy to return this summer after the Covid closures. We are seniors so we are still being cautious about Covid and just wanted something quick to take back to our motel to eat. We chose to just get the reliable hamburgers but as we were ordering our food, our mouths were watering for the seafood options. Hopefully next year will be better and we will enjoy that seafood. Service was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking. There was a line to order so you know the food has to be good.

I tried this restaurant 2 times during my trip in Rocky Harbour. First time I took the seafood chowder, second time time the seafood platter and the red velvet cake. It was really tasty!
