The Bannikin - Rocky Harbour

Haven't been checking the internet so only found this food truck by accident. What a nice surprise! I had the fish and chips. Fish was a large crispy fillet lightly breaded and seasoned well. Fries were tasty and fresh, not the months old frozen fries you see so much in this area. I'm not usually a tartar sauce person but theirs is homemade and delicious. Can't get a better view of the Harbor than sitting here at the picnic tables looking out to sea.

Perfect place to take away! original food truck! The fish years chips is excellent and very good serving. Good price!

We ate at this food truck located on the main drag in Rocky Harbour. We had a fish burger and a hamburger, both of which were delicious. The best part was to be able to eat them at a picnic table directly by the bay. We regretted eating there only once. Wish we had a chance to eat there again.

Stopped by this food truck on our way into rocky harborthe people were awesome we both got the fish n chips The cod was a very large piece of fish pan fried to perfection! Great flavor and the fries were fresh cut and were delicious They have picnic tables so you can sit by the bay and enjoy the great scenery

We stop for a quick lunch by the Bannikin and we must say we were highly surprised by the homemade quality burgers and onion rings! So much better that all these fastfood restaurants. A great stop!
