This is a truly professional butcher. Only uses top shelf meat products. Nice guy who is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. He takes great pride in making great steak and he really knows his stuff!Also, you're going to like the corn bread... If you go to an event with Pete The Butcher cooking the goods, you won't be disappointed!

I recently was at a BBQ where Pete the butcher catered the event. The pork was excellent, putting it mildly. The pork melted in my mouth! There also was delicious roasted potatoes and saute string beans. Did I say delicious...you bet! The corn bread was top of the line. I had to have seconds and held back going for thirds. Pete caught me going for seconds on the roasted potatoes and made sure I got the crispy ones I asked for!I would highly recommend this caterer! He earned a 5 star review from this girl!I am planning on having my own pig roast event this summer.Thanks Pete the butcher!Marjie

Excellent Q. Used Pete for a Q in Narragansett, RI and not one complaint. Pig was tender and juicy, sides were delicious. Pete and crew were friendly to all guest and our four legged family member. Highly recommend.
