Anne's Donuts And Bakery - Rocky Mount

I just visited Anne's Donuts and Bakery again, and I tried the cinnamon roll. Wow! It’s the best I’ve ever had! I'll definitely be making the hour-and-a-half drive back soon, and this time I plan to buy two cinnamon rolls. Absolutely delicious!

The donuts were fresh, though slightly greasy. There was a wide variety to choose from. The server was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean.

This has become my favorite spot for doughnuts! I really enjoy the original glazed and filled varieties. I also recommend trying their cupcakes; they are incredibly soft and delicious. Everything is served fresh here, and they even offer birthday cakes. The store isn’t very big, but it’s operated by friendly locals who make the experience pleasant. You can also choose to pick up your order or use the drive-thru.

Bought a dozen doughnuts, they tasted old and hardly had any filling. This location used to be great. Sorry to say cutting back on the filling is only taking away from taste and your customers. Y’all was better then Krispy Kreme.

I must say the lack of customer service is appalling. I ordered a cake over the phone to be made 3 days from the date ordered, now mind you I'm located in northern Virginia, call back within 2 hours of placing the order over the phone and they refused to refund my money. I have called for over a week trying to speak to the manager and she is so conveniently NEVER there, except one day she said she would contact the owner and I still a weel later have heard nothing...off to my bank i will go to dispute...i will NEVER purchase anything from this shop again!!
