Taco Bell - Rocky Mount

This place is spotless! The staff is courteous and well-mannered. We will definitely return to this location.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, seriously! Everything I ordered was precise, generously packed, and perfectly wrapped. The service was outstanding, and the drive-thru staff member was super friendly!

Two of the dishes were missing key ingredients—one was missing beans, while the other had no lettuce. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what I recently had in Jacksonville for the same dish. Moreover, the shrimp should have been seasoned with Diablo sauce rather than just being submerged in the soup.

The restaurant left a great impression with its lovely ambiance and welcoming staff, especially the cashier.

This Taco Bell is exceptional! They handled my complicated order perfectly. Everything tasted fresh, and the staff was very friendly. On my last visit, I was asked what type of sauce I wanted, but when I parked and checked my bag, I found that there were no sauces or napkins included. Since they were quite busy, I didn't want to take up anyone's time by going back inside to ask for them. Fortunately, I had some napkins in my car. Aside from that one experience, I have always received the napkins and sauces I requested.
