Tim Hortons - Rocky Mountain House

Tim Hortons is a nice place to stop for a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean.

This location is beyond frustrating! I waited 30 Min in the Drive through for an Iced Coffee! That was my entire lunch break! The wait is always long, the order is always incorrect and going inside us not any better! The whole place is poorly managed, it's customer service sucks and I've seen employees treated badly as well. Both locations are filthy as well! I will no longer go there.

Older worker named Susan had a real attitude towards us while taking our order, I understand you are busy and we had a larger order but she was not kind just rude and short with us, overall not a pleasant experience.

Went through the drive through. I ordered a chipotle wrap. They didn’t have rice which took 4 minutes to make so I went inside. Flies were everywhere. Dishes in the kitchen were thrown about and unclean. Food was uncovered. Workers would wear the same gloves for every dish they made even when they’d touch something unsanitary. They then forgot about my order until I asked about it 15 minutes later which they made it quick and poorly. The wrap was falling apart and made a mess. Some workers were standing around chatting while others filled orders.I order there once a year when I go to the mountains and every single time it has been slow, poor service and the restaurant is always messy and unsanitary.

The washrooms are never clean here. The staff seem to not like their job. They did finally get my order correct so that’s good.
