Always go here for my buy one get one Wednesdays. The staff here are well trained, friendly. It's an overall family friendly environment inside. The icecream is super good and fresh, great topping selections, and they get a big line in and out very fast!

I love the ice cream and most workers are very polite! just like anywhere else, i have encountered a rude employee here and there.. i think the only problem i have with Carvel is the toppings on my ice cream are always ready to drip down or fall off when i take the cap off
