Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rocky Point

This tropical smoothie location is the worst. Once again, my order was incorrect. Instead of regular chicken and noodles, I received plant-based chicken and no noodles. The smoothie also tasted different. Unlike the Port Jefferson location, where all the ingredients are placed on top so you can easily see what you're getting, this place mixes everything together, making it hard to identify what is missing.

I ordered a chicken flatbread but it had no chicken in it. I also requested an apple as a side, but received a rotten one instead. This restaurant is very inconsistent and the wait time at the drive-through is always ridiculously long, even when there are no cars ahead. I waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.

It can take some time to receive your order as the staff may be inexperienced with providing prompt service, but they are friendly.
