Thai Express Rocky View

I was not happy with the food at Crossiron mall. I ordered vegetarian option and got the bill with chicken . I told the person that I had mentioned no meat or egg. They just told they would make it what I wanted. The food was very bad, no veg, too much of sweet sauce too. They took the price with chicken n didn’t even change it. Thai express was very good before …. but not anymore.

The fried rice had a sweet syrup-like flavor, and the cashier was extremely rude with no concept of good customer service. I only continued to order from there because my mother wanted to. I hope my stomach doesn't feel sick later.

We were unlucky to visit and eat at this place. Food was disaster, totally bad, tom yam was only water with lemon taste. 15$ only one soup and taste is gross , tamrin chilli also cost 15$ and it was taste less and very small portion if comparing with the price. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Cheating people

The taste was terrible! Curry meat should never be breaded. It lacked flavor and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper. It was also expensive, around $20 for a curry dish full of large potatoes and carrots. There was nothing authentic Thai about this place.

I used to love Thai Express, but this particular location was a huge disappointment. The staff was rude from the moment of taking my order to handing me my food. It's unfortunate because this used to be our go-to restaurant whenever we visited the mall. However, with the poor attitude displayed by the staff, I don't think I will be returning. I requested additional chillies on the side, but instead of accommodating my request, they just rolled their eyes and gave me a minuscule amount of chillies that were barely noticeable. The fried rice tasted burnt as well. My overall experience was marked by very poor customer service. It was disheartening to see the cashier constantly rolling her eyes at customers all day. Despite this, my husband was craving pad thai, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience was no different. When we asked for extra chillies on the side, the cashier informed us they were not allowed to do so. We asked for them to be mixed in with our food and were even willing to pay extra, but when we got home and tried the food, there was no spice at all. It tasted like regular pad thai, and I lost my appetite. The cook claimed to have added chillies, but the dish was bland. My fried rice was burnt yet again. I have decided that I will not be returning to this location.
