Tim Hortons - Rocky View County

This is the only Tim's I got without filling your cup.

Busy location.Thought the kiosk would be faster. Had to stand in front of a garbage can to wait for my order stinky. Line location is weird and uncomfortable.The staff didn't put my drinks on the tray and I had to ask for one. (I was alone and I ordered 4 drinks) . I also had to put the cardboard ring on the hot drinks myself All the while they just passed drinks through me to get to the other customers.The drinks were normal though.

While waiting in line at the restaurant, we noticed a fly on a cookie. We immediately brought this to the attention of an employee in front of the register, but he said it could be dealt with later. As we were getting ready to leave, we saw that the fly was still flying around. The employees seem to be indifferent to the situation. Laugh out loud!

Very clean store, decent service and the sofa was very comfortable

I go here all the time because I work at the mall and every time it’s at least a 20 minute wait for me food. They really need to get it
