We stopped in this place with the idea of ​​eating a hamburger but the owner, extremely kind and courteous, made us change our mind by suggesting that we try the typical local products as an alternative. We tried the paposcia (typical local sandwich stuffed with capocollo from Martina Franca, mozzarella from Andria, cherry tomatoes and rocket, truly spectacular, and a platter of cheeses, cold cuts and delicious pre-products in oil. Everything was accompanied by an excellent Apulian beer. Warmly recommended!
