Terrace - RODIZIO

We wanted to go to the beach after so many cultural experiences and decided to have lunch here first. We had a table on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Could not be better. I had the fish soup which was very tasty,...my wife the calamari strips which were served in oil. Not what we expected, a little bit chewy and not something we'd order again. For main we shared the rice with seafood. This really was tasty, plenty of seafood in it but even eating the rice was great. We'd assumed this was a seafood risotto but it was served in a pot with a lot of juice. Very nice and served piping hot just as it should be. The service was attentive and professional. So we were happy when we left and spent some time on the beach.

Beautiful in view and a breathtaking meal. would strongly recommend the rindertomat and the Burrata starter and the garnels. very affordable for what we had and our waitress went beyond and beyond

We were in the hotel, so we had a couple of breakfasts and dinners once. the lookout is amazing and the service was fabulous. the food was also delicious. highly recommended.

We were in the hotel. in the first night we ate in the restaurant. very good service and friendly. the food was good. good recommendations from the waitress. dessert was good. forget the view in september, which is opening at 19:30 o'clock.

I stayed in the hotel, so the restaurant was the closest option, but in fact is look nice at first sight. Nice decor and great view over the ocean, those were enough to think me and my family could have a decent meal in here...wrong!!!...The experience was terrible, with so many things to point out that is almost impossible to remember all of them. No one goes to the entrance to seat the clients at their arrival to the restaurant; 3 waiters come to our table, in a normal restaurant is usually one only, but having 3 waiters coming to our table didn 't mean we were well served; Orders forgotten, etc...; A lot of options on the menu were sold out; Still regarding the service, the waiters are not aware of the dishes, for example, I asked how were the squids as tarter to my 7yo daughter, she said, were grilled, and very appropriate for children... wrong, the grilled squids arrived full of oil and were spicy as hell; Also, from the 3 waiters, both suggested different dishes, one of them despite my wife told she didn 't like arugula, the waiter insisted that arugula is very good! WTF, if is a client says I don 't like it, don 't insist! The risotto was terrible, the only taste I could notice was garlic, and at the bottom was full of an oily fat liquid, I never had a risotto like that. (Check out the pictures); After we finished and asked for the bill, the waiter asked if we enjoyed, I said that the squids were too spicy for a child and the risotto was swimming over an oily fat liquid, she answered ok, but this is the way we serve ...; Also one terrible thing is to listen the waiters arguing with each other and also the waiters and the kitchen staff screaming to each other arguing as well. in end was a terrible experience, I want to keep myself miles away from here, never again!
