El Pariente Mexican - Roebuck

After driving all day, we were excited to eat at this restaurant. However, when we arrived at 3:30pm on 10/10/23, we found the restaurant to be closed. A man outside informed us that the owner was not present but would return after 5pm. According to the website, the restaurant is supposed to be open from 11am to 9pm. This experience was incredibly disappointing. Ratings: Food-1, Service-1, Atmosphere-1.

The building and atmosphere were nice and what you'd expect out of a Mexican restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. The food was very disappointing. Lacked flavor and was skimpy on the meat.
