The Wutschleife I already have a well-known conference and wellness hotel with gourmet restaurant; it is also very popular among golfers; because it is surrounded by a huge, well maintained and beautifully located golf course – but we did not try. This hotel is very idyllic in beautiful hilly landscape with plenty of forest on the edge of the small village of Hillstett, a bit distant and very quiet. It must be clear: if you want to do something in the evening, you have to go in the car to one of the next larger places. I was at a meeting long ago, so professional there; now we visited it for a few days wellness holiday, also with hiking, Nordic walking, cycling tours, swimming in the nearby reservoirs and other activities of this kind. One evening we also visited the Trenck Festival in Waldmünchen, which is about 20 minutes' drive away. The hotel offers a lot of wellness, such as saunas and steam room, an indoor pool, diving pool, adventure showers, sunbathing meadows and cosy relaxation rooms. It is also possible to book various applications such as massages. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the equipment high quality and the ambience something special. The architecture is impressive and exceptional, but some of several cultivators nested. It is almost all good and beautiful and it corresponds approximately to what we know from comparable hotels; but we find that the very good reputation of this House is not quite fair. A few details: The wellness area is beautiful and large, but also not different from comparable hotels. similar applies to breakfast; once we even found ants in the sugar can. The 14 o'clock snack we found better in comparable hotels. dinner, a 3-course menu is something special there; the main course where there is a selection between 4 dishes, two of them vegetarian, is really exquisite. But what we would have liked would be more salad. At the imposing outer staircase to the main entrance were plates that were patched during our stay.
