The whole experience is sucked!! First, their air conditioning was broken and it was so hot in the restaurant that it was so terrible in there! After a month before my visit to the elk river, where I had great service and expected that food and service will be great here too! It was the opposite and the worst! If I could rate it zero, I'd be a star. I ordered chickens Caesar wrap without bacon and ranch dressing! And a children's dinner and drinks! The food took so long to come and when it finally did (where we were sweating and hoping for fast service so that we could get out of the sauna), it was Buffalo chicken package. You made my order wrong! So they wanted us to sit there longer in the sauna and suffer! I tried to break the waitress, and she thought I would say hello and finally she came by to tell her that my order was wrong! Seriously, I was a waitress before and knows that U must go and ask if things are good and it took her so long to come back to check on us, even after the flag. Anyway, tried to fix it and brought the chicken Caesar Wrap to awhile and it was still wrong in the second time! One, it was so sweet and it wasn't on the Spinat Tortilla I wanted! It was like they tried to make it right that they just forgot! Well, she asked why not on the spinach wrap and she said?.oh I forgot! Really? Well, if you don't know, ask Freakin? They wanted to calculate for the food that was not eaten, seriously!!!! I swear, her service was the worst and it was so hot in it (a sauna)! Would not recommend! Would recommend to elk river where the service is much better and they go out their way to make your experience great! Rogers, where they let you sweat and feel like u in a sauna and have false food for the second time and still invite you! You're not leaving, are you? Roger's location is sucked!!! Well, I went to Taco Bell and ate (and yes was better than Broadway) to fill my belly that Broadway did not pizza (because food made a mistake for the second time) but wanted to take the money!!! This is what Rogers Broadway Pizza is about!
