Chili's Grill - Rogers

Great waitress we had, very polite and friendly. Clean restrooms, clean lobby, hot and fresh food and the wait wasn't bad at all.

It's the first time I've ever given Chili's five stars. We had the wings and chips and dips and it was wonderful delicious and perfect. Of course that was not the store in fort Smith because that one's terrible.

Service was average in the bar, not great or up to Chilis standards. Having opened and eaten at 100s over the last 25 years, it should have been better. Warm, wilted lettuce on salad and crumbs for tortilla chips should never had made it out to the table. Mr/Mrs GM, you have some work to do in your restaurant. See you again soon.

Great restaurant! Very clean, awesome servers and wonderful food.

Employees had no personality. Got our food delivered to the table before my drink. Took almost 15 min to get a bottle of beer. Them watched the server take the payment kiosk off a dirty table and place it on out table. We were still eating when the server did this. Resturant is plain, worn out, and needs a deep cleaning. Looks like the management has given up on this place. Not memorable, not even great. Felt like fast food.
