Saffron Indian Cuisine Grill - Rogers

Rahul was our server for both times we’ve been here, he is amazing and has great recommendations! This was our second time here. We came here last week too because it was so good. Last week we tried the Chicken Korma (my fave-perfect for our little one , the Garlic Naan (our favorite , and Chicken Saag (very delicious! .Today we had the Tandoori Mix Grilled (quite spicy, and delicious , Butter Chicken (my husbands favorite so far and the Saffron Special Naan (also very delicious! I also had the Chai tea both time, and I love it!We highly recommend this place for any who enjoy Indian food or wish to try it. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is great, and the staff are kind.

I posted a review yesterday about how food catered from Saffron for a party made everyone sick. I received reply from the owner stating how leftover food could turn bad and should not be consumed. I do not understand what makes him believe that everyone took the leftovers and consumed them next day or after. We including several other families ate food just at the event and still fell sick.Instead of writing a boilerplate 'consumer is wrong ' message, one would have expected the owner to be humble, apologetic and if that was too much , atleast to have the decency to stay quiet and not put it back on the customer.

As you are mentioning my name in every reply I need to clarify one thing that not every kid who is sick from yesterday ate left over food. Just 4 families out of 15 families share leftover. From remaining 11 families one or other person is sick from yesterday. Please find out if there is anything wrong with our catering. And on top of that the party was on Saturday night not on Friday.What you are replying here is completely wrong. In the morning while talking to you I specifically told you that we 4 families are sick and I am inquiring with other families as well and I told you to inquire with your team as well if something went wrong with our catering . On top of that you said our friends picked up the order at 8:30 while the order was ready at 6PM. And whose fault was that? You guys messed up with our order . After picking up the food at 7PM, we were realized that Naan was missing.They had to go to Saffron again to pick up the missing item and waited there till 8:30PM just to get the missing item. I have been very patient till now . One of our friend removed his review and the other one edited after talking to you and your stuff. But the way you are responding here in this forum is not acceptable.

My friend ordered food from this restaurant for a party and my kids started vomiting after eating. We enquired with other families it's the same response. I can provide you doctor visit details and you can enquire. If you initiate health department enquiry you will know the facts, almost all the families had food on Saturday got impacted.After eating Saturday night , the next morning itself they started vomiting so many times.I know what to feed my kids. But I didn't know Saffron restaurant food make them sick.

We were hosting a party at our house.As always the saffron team was absolutely cooperative and the food was super delicious as always. Food was tasty and clean handled no spills anywhere at the delivery time.Will be recommending to my friends too.Vegetarian options: Navaratna korma paneer tikka masala
