Sonic Drive-in - Rogers

Extremely slow waited for my order over 10 mins. Watched manager talk on the phone for 6 mins. Girl used my cup twice. She made the wrong shake in it I watched her dump it then make the correct shake in the same cup so my shake tasted like chocolate coconut and my extreme tots was missing the ranch. What if I was allergic to coconut? Not a very good thing to be using the same cup that you messed my shake up in. I even had my friend taste my shake and she agreed it tasted like coconut and chocolate. So thanks sonic for pissing me off. I had sent in a report online and the owner called me and was very nice. She's going to talk to her employees about what happened and she offered me my meal again free. They have great customer service and I hope they get everything fixed.

The guy who took our order today was very courteous and friendly. He spoke clearly and repeated our order to make sure we got it right. We didn't have a wait at all either using the drive through. The onion rings came right of the oven so they were hot and smelled like the state fair. Overall excellent service and food.

Always fast. Love the speed and the rollerblades too. When they be rolling up on ya when u don't expect it.
