Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant today and was very disappointed. I waited for 30 minutes for my milkshake, which I had already paid for, but never received. Despite asking two different employees to check on my order, they never came back with an update. The restaurant was not very busy, yet we did not receive any refills on our drinks. I went through the drive-thru and discovered I was missing a meal when I got home. When I returned two days later to address the issue, I was unable to get a refund because I did not have a receipt. Although I enjoy the food at this restaurant, the customer service is lacking. I still leave a tip as I appreciate their work, but they should definitely improve their attention to customers.
The restaurant is always good and super clean. The service is a bit slow and not great, but the burger is consistently good in quality.
This restaurant is always a fun place to go with attentive staff. I recently reunited with my brother whom I haven't seen in years, and we both loved our experience here!
The shake is good, don't get me wrong, but I literally waited 30 minutes for my shake, just because there was no spoon.
First time visit and the cashier charged us for the completely wrong burger and forgot to add bacon to the other. Fries are not that good. Seats were comfortable. And burger was good for not having bacon. Definitely need work. Really not impressed!
