Susie Q Malt Shop - Rogers

I always make it a point to stop by at midday when I'm in the area for the best chicken roast steak sandwich. It's a steal at just $7 for the lunch special.

I recently visited Rogers and decided to try out Susie Q's, which opened earlier this year. I had heard about the long lines, but when I arrived around 5 o'clock, there was only one other customer so I decided to stop in. The atmosphere is nothing special, but the staff is very friendly and efficient. In just 5 minutes, I had 2 cheeseburgers and fries in hand. The burgers were delicious, but I wished the bacon had been of better quality. The fries were perfectly cooked. The prices were very reasonable. I am excited to try out more items on the menu in the future.

The food is top-notch, particularly the roasted okra, sandwiches, and malt shakes! The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable, with attentive and friendly service. Due to its popularity, the place gets quite crowded, so it is advisable to call ahead for reservations as seating is limited (only a few picnic tables are available). The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, Susie Q Malt Shop comes highly recommended for a satisfying meal. Accessible to disabled individuals.

Great food with a side order of nostalgia. The food isn’t fancy. It’s burgers and fries and shakes but it’s all of them done very well done.The place is great for kids and summer evenings whether coming for just a dish of ice cream or a great supper under the stars in the cool Night breeze. Grab your grandkids and your classic car and make some memories!
