Hardee's - Rogersville

I ordered four breakfast dinners and after about five minutes, my food was ready, so I picked it up and left.

I ordered a small hamburger and small fries. The hamburger was quite good, but the fries were cold and greasy, which made them limp and soggy. I don't think I'll be ordering fries from this Hardee's again.

This is a prime example of how not to run a business. Do they receive bonuses for omitting sauce? I've never experienced such terrible service and food before.

It is about twice the distance from our usual place, but every so often we go there because the food is better, as well as different menu.

Went at about 11:30, waited about 20 minutes for my one combo meal. Had to ask for new fries because they felt and tasted about 30 minutes old or longer, got a big sigh and eye roll about that. The manager behind the counter could be heard barking orders quite rudely to the other 3 employees that were there and overall food taste just wasn't worth the money or time. This is was my first time at this location and about 2 years since I last visited Hardees in general.
