I try to come every time I'm in town. Best restaurant in Springfield as far as I'm concerned (even if it's not *in* Springfield). Food is beautiful, elevated but not pretentious. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Each flavor placed with another sends your taste buds buzzing, wanting the next bite from appetizer to dessert.
