Taste Of Chicago - Rogersville

Went with my mom and dad for lunch. Very nice prices and very good tasting food. Staff are really friendly. The size of the portions are huge! Come hungry. Really great place to eat.

Currently not open on Saturday, so had to go while I was off during the week. The Chicago hotdog isn’t for everyone but you need to at least try one. I love them. The Italian Roast beef sandwich is really good, and we ordered a whole deep dish pizza to go. It must’ve weighed 10lbs(maybe) and took us 2 meals to eat. The crust is so good I’d almost order a deep dish with just the crust. I must say the hotdog was my favorite overall. I recommend this restaurant.

When I got home and checked the food, I found that the pizza dough was only half-cooked, and there were barely any onion rings in the bag—just about half an onion with the breading! When I called the restaurant, all they could do was apologize. Since this is their last week in business, it's clear that both the food and service quality have suffered. I won’t be returning, and I will definitely share my experience with others.

We dropped by for a couple of hot dogs and, as Chicagoans, we were pleasantly surprised by how good they were! The staff was incredibly friendly, and we will definitely be returning. It's great to see new places in Rogersville; I truly love that town. Let's support the small businesses!
