River Station - Rogue River

First time we have gone here. Seen a friends FB comments that he likes the food. We went when they opened on a Friday night to avoid any rush. The food was very good. My husband had a cup of clam chowder and the halibut special. I had a bowl of pumpkin with ginger soup. I am quite picky and enjoyed it. I also had the stuffed mushrooms which I also enjoyed. We split the huge piece of carrot cake. We both brought home leftovers to enjoy the following day. We will be back for more great food. Best food in So. Oregon. The dinning experience was fun and super chill, food was delicious (kind of a food snob and I love it), and the staffs super friendly, outgoing, and fast too. I definitely recommend The River Station for a good family friendly dining experience. Great food excellent service. This place has all the extras with great atmosphere. The carrot cake is the best I have ever had!!! Thanks for the great time will be stopping again when going through town.
