Taqueria Sol Azteca Mexican

Taqueria Sol Azteca was our go to spot for years but sadly over the past 6 -8 or so months every time we have ordered here we've been sadly disappointed. Whether our food order was wrong (this happens often actually), the food quality was below average and it didn't make us feel great afterwards. Honestly, the only positive thing I can say lately is the main girl in the front Cassandra, she is so nice and welcoming! Unfortunately we likely won't be coming back here anytime soon and are in search of another Mexican go to in RP.

Solid option for Mexican food in Rohnert Park. I've only been a few times, which included enchiladas and tacos, but each time it was not bad. When it comes to pricing, very fair and the serving size is on average for most other Mexican restaurants in the area. Inside seems pretty roomy, but I've only ever gotten to-go, so really cannot comment on dine in or service, so just a forewarning. All and all, I'd say the quality and taste is middle of the road, but a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars for me and would happily revisit if in the area.

Very bad service this time around. Normally everything goes smoothly here but today there was some fat drunk guy in the front that was constantly yelling even making comments when I ordered. Then when I got my food I was given it in a to go bag even though I never asked for it to go and everyone else was getting their food normally. Felt like the staff was trying to get rid of me for no reason while everyone else got the normal experience. Do better and don't keep drunk idiots around

Every meal I've had here has been great. The person who answers the phone is kind and always gets my order right. The food is great and always fresh. I feel they've kept their prices very reasonable too!

I am there often since I live in the area but I had the WORST experience today. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and even worse in person. I have worked customer service jobs before and never once would i imagine treating a paying, tipping customer that way. Upon arriving home, I realized they had given me the wrong burrito which i normally wouldn't have been upset about but given the amount of attitude i was given for no reason. I do not think i will be returning after this experience. Great food, horrible service
