Had the steak and fries meal. Also had the burger and fries meal. Lovely ambiance to end a wonderful trip to France. Opens at 7p for dinner.

The one man working the entire floor was doing an incredible job. Kudos to him. Other than that just another place to spend money.

I've eaten here three times since 2014, and I have yet to be disappointed. Last night I was with my daughter, 2016 was with my husband, and 2014 was solo. Yes, I do agree it's overpriced, but all my meals have been delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter had roast guinea fowl with mashed potatoes and a mushroom sauce so delectable she ate every bit and she hates mushrooms. Then the show started the woman dining solo on my right sent her steak back twice saying it wasn't cooked properly obviously I didn't hear everything, but enough to realize she was very rude. I understand that restaurants don't always get things right, but rudeness is not the best way to try and correct them. Then, the solo woman diner to my left went high order when the waiter spilled a drink and some splashed on her. She berated the poor man repeatedly, in accented English and broken French, insisting on all sorts of compensation. She was equally rude to both managers who came to assist with the situation. (Neither woman was American... My own order was mixed up, and I had to wait a bit until it arrived, but it was fabulous once it came to the table perfectly cooked steak and fresh frites. Accidents happen, mishaps occur, and being mean doesn't help. I've always had great service this time it was from Alain and Guillaume, who took great care of us. (I must admit that I speak enough French so that I've never been taken advantage of, and I've been coming to Paris for 30 years or so. I was able to commiserate with the staff as I too have worked in food service, and as I said, I've always been treated very well. (Neither my husband nor my daughter speak any French, but the staff have always accommodated them in English. I know this is a very long post, but do give the restaurant a try if you are staying at the Hilton. They really do go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

Decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was cold, windy and pouring rain outside. What a great choice! The service was friendly and efficient. The onion soup was some of the best we've ever had (including at bistros in Paris), and the wine choices were quite good.

Soup was the best thing. Dessert was lacking any texture and flavor. A new dessert chef to be hired, may be.
