Arby's - Rolla

Had the best experience today at Rollas Arby's, Rebecca served us at the counter and gave us the best customer service. We haven't received customer service like that in a very long time! We were so happy and sharing laughs with Rebecca, she also helped my husband to figure out what to eat off the menu and gave some great tips on how best to enjoy it by dipping the frys in the dip that came with the sandwich, he absolutely loved it and might not have tried it if not for her! We love their food. Wide variety of meats and sandwiches. The wife loves the French dip and I like several of their sandwiches. Dine in, carry out or drive through, the food is made fresh and served up quickly. I like to order a couple of extra roast beef and cheddar for a midnight snack.

I get that this place isn't gourmet or anything, but the manager was extremely curt and unaccommodating. Whatever the reason I don't suspect I will be coming back. Half ice in a lemonade seems a terribly reasonable request.

I love that you don't wait long at all. Doesn't matter how many vehicles are head of you the line moves.

Quick. Clean. Delicious. For me, orders have always been served correctly, complete and at the perfect temperature. A great selection of toppings too at no additional cost is very nice.
