Scooter's Coffee - Rolla

So the only reason why I give three stars is because of the actual product. I have been to scooters 5x. The atmosphere and workers are wonderful.The coffee drinks I get are iced flavored lattes. I have noticed that the coffee is ok a little too acidic in comparison to other coffee shops and the flavors I can not seem to get a liking to. The flavoring is very synthetic tasting more so than an artificial taste, they are just bad. I tried the pistachio latte and that thus far has been the worst.

I pre ordered and paid on the app near closing. The clock hit 801pm as I pulled up to the speaker and was told they wouldn't make my drink because they closed at 8pm. If I had ordered from the drive thru at 759pm and pulled up to the window at 801pm to Pay would have have been told no? I have never been turned away from a prepaid order at closing. Also I they made a previous drink wrong and wouldn't replace it. Just kept saying mgr would call me.

The girl was rly nice at the window but the espresso drink I got takes like a dirty sock. You need to work on the taste of your drinks!!

This new location was so amazing for a second.. but..Last time visited the window lady was very rude.When we thought we paid the right amount and asked her about it.She snapped back with her counting it and saying "I think I know how to count!! "Brushed it off, because okay maybe just a bad day.Then this last time ordered a medium gives me a small.I don 't get to do this often due to pricing of the items.It 's very rude unprofessional treating people like that.I do not recommend this location.
