Jersey Mike's Subs - Rolling Meadows

The service at this location was very nice and they made the sandwich well and with ample ingredients. This is definitely a Jersey Mikes that is clean and a nice location to visit!

Their sandwich was a salty mess!!!!I could barely eat it it was like they dumped a whole container of salt on the whole inside of the sandwich.Never ordering from here again.Yuck

Sandwiches and staff are good, so I’m going to put the blame on management. Everytime I order here, they are always working on bulk orders. Management needs to hire more.One time I ordered here and told it would be a 3 hour wait because they are working on a big order… no excuses. Every other jersey Mike’s location has bandwidth. I normally only see 1-2 people working here

Always forget a fork for the bowls. Definitely better locations that have better service than this one and actually make the food right

DEFINITELY WONT BE COMING BACKToday hubby and I walked in to order a sub and the young Spanish boy with long hair took the order no problem.. noticed he’s sweeping and wiping up with a rag and then goes by the slicer. Hubby asked him to change his gloves before touching the food, typically common sense but this is where the problem comes in.. 1 you don’t get loud with a customer 2 you don’t touch the broom multiple times and then start touching food. I’m also very surprised the manager was sitting there and did ABSOLUTELY nothing. I will be contacting corporate
