Best Panera in the States! Most amazing Service and Staff. Kudos!

Panera has gotten much more expensive. I went to use a bonus gift card I got when I purchased several for the holidays. I was not told it expired in January and did not notice the very fine print at the bottom of the card. A well-known pizza restaurant was offering gift cards for the holidays with a bonus card, and they did make sure I knew it expired at the end of January. There were no offers to make amends at Panera. I do not wish to do business with corporations that are deceitful or not transparent.

Service is slow and environment is lacking cleanliness. Noticed this at most Panera's. Unfortunately, probably a product of cost cutting even though the food is more expensive than ever. The value for me is rarely here anymore based on the product their putting out.
