I searched for a long time before finding THE right address for an evening in Rome. Ristorante del Frate met my criteria. Beautiful restaurant with a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. The service and the young woman who took care of our table were perfect: very kind, gave good advice and even spoke our language. The wine was excellent, on the recommendation of our waitress and our raw ham dish was also very good. Every type of ham was perfect. And what about dessert... A delight I highly recommend!
