We decided to try this place after finding it on social media and we were pleasantly impressed by the excellent quality of the meat and the welcoming and impeccable service. The staff is always attentive to our every slightest sign, everyone is smiling and this is not a given nowadays. Located in Centocelle, on viale della Primavera, this braceria amazes me mainly because of its excellent and well-stocked foiling cell, within which you will find excellent meat and quality. The offer is decidedly varied, with well executed appetizers and especially excellently cooked meat. Egregiamente close the meal, the sweets that are really delicious and well made. You will also mention the happy hour in which you will have a well-made Spritz and an excellent selection of appetizers as an aperitif. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Locale informale ma molto curato e piacevole, personale attento e gentile e cibo ottimo a partire dal pane, fatto da loro, davvero buonissimo! Ho preso una carbonara ottima ed abbondante, una scenografica spada de foco, con una carne saporita e tenerissima e, come contorno, un carciofo alla giudia spettacolare sia nel sapore che nell'impiattamento. Per finire un buon caffè accompagnato da biscottini. Frigorifero a vista con tutti i tagli di carne. Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo e prenderemo anche i dolci, fatti in casa come il resto. Comodo anche come posizione visto che, rispetto ad altre zone di Centocelle, trovare parcheggio è più semplice.

Ristorante inaspettato, per il posto in cui si trova non ti aspetti quello che ricevi. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso sono stati di qualità, il primo buono anche se non entusiasmante ma la carne ottima! Direi che le foto dicono tutto... servizio molto presente e cortese! Prezzo in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato.
