Rossini-style tournedos with porcini mushrooms and truffle “Hours concours”. Excellent raw material quality. The Fondue bourguignonne dog was very tender. The sauces that accompanied it were paired with a balanced shape. Very good desserts. Fair price. Great choice for a tasty French dinner.
