Mangia A Domicilio Filarete - Rom

I ordered for a total of 14 euros at 10pm and 8pm from their Mangia Filarete application, as it allowed it, as done other times; I received the notification of acceptance of the order and successful payment. After about 10 minutes they call me and tell me that they are closing and therefore cannot process the order (I ask myself what you agreed to do, all I had to do was refuse it and I would have opted for another pizzeria). On the phone they tell me that there is the possibility of receiving it only for the next day otherwise I would have lost the money (according to the law that regulates online orders this is absolutely prohibited). In any case, I lost the money anyway and I never received the order, as I did not have the possibility to contact them on the phone to remind them of the order already paid, because it was constantly unreachable both the next day that the following days (in theory I shouldn't have even contacted them but I should have received the order by default or been contacted by them to avoid the inconvenience). Of the owners of this pizzeria I began to doubt their seriousness when almost all the couriers (and they change every week) began to ask for tips (despite the fact that a cost was paid for the delivery), because according to them they did not receive the right payment for each delivery made but only a negligible amount per evening; if only a courier asked it maybe it's someone who wants to make fun of us, if almost everyone asks it obviously there is a problem. Given the terrible experience, I suggest not ordering from them, the pizza may be acceptable but there is better out there, at a fairer price and above all sold by serious people, which is the most important thing.
