Splendide Royal - Rom

We have been to Rome many times, but this hotel tops all previous accommodations. The hotel is located on a parallel street to the famous Via Veneto, so most of the sights can be easily reached on foot. We (3 people) had a very large and spacious room with a large marble bathroom with double sink, double shower and jacuzzi. The room was cleaned twice a day (turn down service in the evening). The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (even though we arrived in the morning, we were able to move into our room straight away). Very good international breakfast with a great view. A fantastically beautiful hotel that more than meets the highest demands. Highly Recommended!!

We chose this hotel because its 5 stars as shown but was very bad and not even close to 1 star our, bad smell at the room came from the hotel restaurant we all the time heard Annoying sounds from hotel wastewater *note that our room was in the third floor Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

Worst experience. Extremely rude staff ! The room is smelling very bad ! The walls are very dirty! Furniture old ! Impossible to be a 5star hotel , this is less than 2 stars ! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

The welcoming attitude at the door when arrived was great from the man and he was very helpful, valet parking service was great. The rooms were amazing and spacious very professional staff at the reception.
