Low level carbonara, sometimes omelette and sometimes with liquid eggs with an annoying amount of pepper. Friendly staff, although at first they made a mistake with our order they made it right without any problems. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Typical Roman tavern, frequented mainly by locals. Kind and professional staff, excellent and plentiful food with a lot of typical Roman variety, excellent cacio e pepe sautéed in a form of pecorino and amatriciana with crunchy bacon, sublime saltimbocca all accompanied by an excellent local wine, honest prices, we I will definitely come back when I return to Rome. The female owner is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is delicious. It was the best carbonara I had during my trip. The lamb dish was also very chewy.
