Burger King - Roma

We ordered burgers but found the patties to be pre-cooked. Additionally, there was a child screaming for his mother at the top of his lungs, who later turned out to be the supervisor on duty. To make matters worse, the ketchup dispenser was empty—apparently, they were out of ketchup. Now I understand why the place was so empty.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but there are some frustrating issues. They have two drive-thru windows but only use one, which makes for a less efficient experience. I dislike having to pull over to the side after ordering—what's the point of having a drive-thru if it's going to be that inconvenient? Additionally, our orders are frequently incorrect, and we often don’t receive our ketchup or sauces, even when we ask for them. This means I still have to get out of my car to ask for what I need. It’s clear that they need a new manager who is organized and prioritizes customer service.

The customer service was terrible. One of the employees shouldn't be working there for a couple of reasons: first, she attended to us at the drive-thru and was rude to my family and me. Second, the nuggets were overly powdered and tasted undercooked. While the food was generally what you'd expect, it was the employee and the nuggets that really let the experience down for me.

We got a Whopper Jr. and Chicken Fries! Highly recommend this location for quick and friendly service. ?????

This is a great establishment with a clean environment and polite staff. It's an excellent place with friendly service.
