Beautiful Roman tavern that still exalts our kitchen, exceptional
The local is present as a trattoria of past times, essential and rustic in the area wages. in 4 people we have tried 3 specialties of Roman cuisine such as carbonara, amatriciana and cacio and pepper (all well executed and very abundant) and a tomato and basil (good also it). I'm sorry that the online menu included untreated dishes on site, because I wanted to try my favorite dish that had in fact pushed me to enter (penne all'arrabbiata,) and that it had a relapse of about 1 euro for each course (not that makes difference for carit we say that only issue of facade and style towards a customer. I congratulate the waiter who alone took over the task of serving in the room and getting found in the cashier (the little staff has long stretched out the wait that has still earned the time). the low state account with also a small discount we personally liked. for anyone who comes to this host knows that he finds as strength the Roman dishes in remarkable quality and quantum. One of my favorite restaurants that I frequent most assiduously since according to my modest opinion they serve a cacio and pepper kept in the form of pecorino that reaches the highest levels of enjoyment that I can try. abundant creamy peposa at the right point. excellent are also the seconds the tail to the vaccination the cloak trippe to the Roman are of excellent quality and manufacture.
