When I came I said that I booked with the Fork and gave my name for reservation. I ate pasta carbonara and had a beer , total of the bill was 16€ and I repeat I had a discount of 20€ of fork and came to spend my Yums. Wanted to ask for a bill but there were no waiters at the moment outside and I couldn’t wait and had to leave knowing that I’m covered with my Yums. In a bit received a threatening message from the restaurant manager saying I left without paying the bill and i have 1h to come back and pay or they will call police. To which I replied sending a screenshot of my reservation saying again that I had this booking and covered for 20€ , and actually I don’t owe a restaurant anything and didn’t overate or take anything more than my discount. When coming inside I told the waiter that my reservation is with Fork and gave my name.Manager was rude enough first , then apologized saying that waiters didn’t bother to check reservation and see my conditions but saw the table empty and got alarmed. I suggest if you don’t accept Fork conditions and rules better not use the platform. Or check reservation of a guest that arrives since people book with 20% discounts or come to spend Yums in the restaurant as it is listed that it accepts them. (Before threatening of calling police for an unpaid bill). I attach photos of conversation and booking .
We decided to go here after hearing someone leaving, saying it was good food inside. Since we had eaten pizza and pasta all week we needed some soup and protein. I got the chicken and sausage and my wife got the soup. The soup was decent and well priced. However, for a combined price of 18 euros I got a sausage and one bit of thin chicken breast. Not great considering the price. However, other tables had pasta which looked big portions so maybe go for that?
Crowded, noisy, packed with Roman families and noisy: just as it’s supposed to be in a busy Trasteverian street on a Sunday afternoon. We shared a entree of ham, sausage and cheeses, had pasta as a main and finished with torta della nonna and napolitan cake. All fresh, homemade and delightful. A perfect place for an informal lunch!
All very nice and nice. Great for a post-work ale, just as cute for a dinner... maybe they should either increase portions or lower prices, but this is a common bad in Brescia. For the rest excellent location.
New card!!!! Potato dumplings in ZUCCA cream, based on the cutting d.o.p and hazelnuts.
